Terms & Conditions

    Please ensure that you have read and understood the Baby Splash terms and conditions before submitting the online booking form.

    All customers are expected to abide by the terms and conditions set out below. In the unlikely event of failing to do so, a customer may be requested not to continue lessons with Baby Splash. A refund will not be eligible in these circumstances.

    Booking forms and full course fees must be returned in advance of your course (fees are only due once a place is offered to you). 
If your cheque is returned from the bank unpaid, a £10 admin charge will be applied.

    Missed classes cannot be refunded in any circumstances unless cancelled by Baby Splash. Missed Classes or missed courses cannot be transferred to subsequent courses.

    Cancellation of courses will only be accepted in writing more than 10 days in advance of your course start date. A £20 admin charge will be applied to your refund. No refund will be given for cancelled courses after this time.

    Baby Splash reserves the right to cancel a class on the day, without notice and you will be notified by text message to your mobile phone. If notice can be given we will send an email to the email address supplied on your booking form.

    Baby Splash will endeavour to put on an additional class for the class that they have cancelled, if you cannot make the additional class this cannot be refunded. Baby Splash is not responsible for any travel expenses occurred if you do not receive notification of a cancelled class. If we cannot put on additional class a credit will be given to you and will be taken off the cost of the following term fees.

    At least one adult must enter the water with each baby. That adult is exclusively responsible for the safety of the baby both in the pool and the surrounding areas (siblings must be accompanied by a second adult even if not in the water).

    Babies MUST wear, both a disposable swim nappy and a Splash About ‘Happy Nappy’ or equivalent. Babies not suitably attired will be refused entry.

    Customers should inform Baby Splash of any health issued that may be relevant.

    Customers are asked by week 7 of the current term if they wish to continue with the classes next term. Please contact Baby
Splash if you have not received any documentation by then. Places in your existing class will normally be held for 7 days and then offered on a ‘first come first served’ basis to others.

    Baby Splash retains the data of it’s customers for company records only. This information is not passed on to any other company unless required by law.
